Full Practice Services Include:
- Free state-of-the-art Practice Management, Electronic Health Records & E-prescribing system. Software updates and initial staff training are always no-cost as well.
- Data Entry of all patient demographics, insurance information, charges, payments, updated CPT & ICD-9 Codes for patients seen in the office, facility or hospital
- Provider access to all billing, EHR & E-prescribe systems 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Professional claims coding.
- Daily electronic claims transmissions to insurance companies. Our practice management system is also the clearinghouse. Claims go through a claim scrubbing/denial defender process prior to transmission.
- Monthly patient bills are sent for balances due. Payments are received by the providers office but are posted by our staff.
- Rebilling of denied claims. Including non-payments, reviews, rejections and front-end edits.
- Follow-up correspondence to insurance companies that do not respond to transmitted claims, both primary & secondary.
- Sends out hard copy claims to health & auto insurers as needed including any documentation necessary.
- BMB has designated account specialists to handle all patient phone calls regarding their bills and records.
- Reports are produced on a monthly basis or bi-weekly if requested. Providers and designated staff have unlimited access to the same reports 24/7.
- Payments for most insurance carriers are posted via electronic remittance advice. Any manual posting of payments is also handled from remittance advice/vouchers retrieved from the providers office.
